To make your time with Ecstasy Limousine an enjoyable one, we ask for your cooperation with the following:


The purchaser or client on the front of this contract is responsible for his or her guests.

All contracts require a Non-Refundable deposit. The client acknowledges that is providing a service and all services rendered by are provided on a non-refundable basis. All contract balances are required to be paid in full 15 days prior to the scheduled date of your reservation time. All balances can be paid by cash or with credit card. Credit cards are subject to the cardholder agreement and a 3.5% convenience fee per transaction. If there is any waiting time or overtime charges incurred on the day of the event, payment must be rendered before services are continued. The credit card holder gives authorization to use the credit card information over the phone, via fax, and over the internet in combination with a signed contract. It is agreed that it is not necessary to obtain a signed credit card slip, as the reservation is made over the phone / fax / internet / signed contract. Proof of identity of the client using said credit card must be supported by the signed contract and/or credit card authorization via fax, email or in person. At time of pickup, we need the credit card, state identification of the client or card holder that authorizes the transaction for the signed contract. If the client cannot provide all the above items at the time of pickup, will not start the job, as we have no proof of the legal possession of the credit card. Therefore, the risk of not getting paid will give us the right to cancel. The client is still fully responsible for paying the total amount even if he or she failed to provide the above requirements. As with all contracts, the rental contract between the mentioned person as renter / client and is made with the information and the terms given to us. All of the given information from the client is binding and cannot be changed without acceptance by doesn't issue any type of refund, company credit only.


Client acknowledges that they have been made competently aware of the initial rates and service fees associated with services being rendered by and have received an email confirmation of services to be rendered after submission of reservation. After making the reservation, the client has 12 hours from the time of submission to cancel at no additional charge. However, all initial deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made after 12 hours will be charged a cancellation fee of $300.00 for Sedans / $500.00 for Standard Limos / $900.00 for SUV Limos and Vintage cars / $1500.00 for Exotics and Specialty vehicles. If the reservation price is less than the cancellation fees, then the contracted amount will be charged as the cancellation fee. All cancellations made after 24 hours will be charged the full price of the booked ride or contract, and the client is required to pay the remaining entire balance to If any cancellation occurs from the client / renter’s side, all deposits will be non-refundable. The client will be responsible for the full amount and is still authorized to collect the remaining balance.

For immediate reservations and reservations made for service within a 48-hour period, the above cancellation policy does not apply. Since service is being reserved immediately, a full amount will be charged according to the contract if any cancellation may occur after the booking or reservation.

Once the contract is signed and accepted by , if any cancellation occurs from the client / renter’s side, all deposits will be non-refundable. The client will be responsible for the full amount and is still authorized to collect the remaining balance in full. Any unpaid amount that remains unpaid ten (10) days after the due date, hereon, will have the right to add and collect late charges with interest at a maximum rate allowed by law. All such sums are owed to, along with any other expenses, (filing fee, court costs and reasonable attorney fees, etc.) Any outstanding accounts that are not collectable by will be turned over to an outside collection agency. If your reservation account is turned over for collection, you agree to pay a “Collection Fee” of $300.00, in addition to any fees that may be imposed by the outside collection agency or its legal representation.

If for any reason cancellation occurs from the renter’s side, any deposits (cash or credit card authorization) will be non-refundable. All rescheduling is subject to a rescheduling fee of $250.00. Rescheduling requires prior advanced notice and date availability. The client must check date availability with our office before rescheduling. Rescheduling is only good for one year from the original reservation date. If the client cancels their reservation outright without rescheduling, the client forfeits all deposits, and the outstanding balance is due immediately. If this matter goes to litigation, the client will be responsible for all legal costs and attorney fees, as per your signed contract.


Any changes being made to the signed contract must be made in writing and accepted by After signing the contract, the client cannot reduce the number of hours contracted, but can only add. The contracted vehicle cannot be changed due to limited availability. The contracted vehicle cannot be downgraded only upgraded. If multiple vehicles are reserved, the client cannot cancel vehicles from the contract. The contracted time can be changed one hour up or one hour down.

Overtime & Waiting time: cannot guarantee the availability of overtime. If overtime is incurred, the amount is due immediately to continue the service past the originally contracted time. It is of particular importance that the client makes allowances for anticipated delays and adheres to the agreed time schedule. If the client wants to change the time of the itinerary, they may do so only if can accommodate other clients that booked with prior to or after the said time. The client further agrees to pay additional charges incurred such as overtime, waiting time, tolls, parking, additional passengers, any damage that takes place in the vehicle, and a cleaning and service fee for any uncommon and excessive mess. The client understands that he or she is reserving the vehicles and time and as such must manage their time accordingly. The client authorizes to charge any additional charges after the services have been rendered to their credit card as supplemental charges. A 20% gratuity will be added to your total charge as well as 9% service surcharge and all applicable tax and credit card processing fee. If the client elects to pay cash, the client agrees to have get an authorization on the credit card on file for the specified amount. Upon cash payment, authorization will be released.

Each additional hour after the contracted time will be charged as indicated in your reservation - $276 + tax – 6 Pass. limo / $300 + tax - 10 Pass. limo / $360 + tax – 14 Pass. SUV limo / $360 + tax - Antique Princess / $360 + tax - Antique Phantom / $400 + tax - Antique Convertible / $480 + tax - Bentley / $600 + tax - Bentley Muslane or RR Ghost / $700 + tax - RR Phantom / Maybachs -$1000 + tax.

NY State Policy:

SMOKING is never allowed in any of vehicles, neither are any controlled substances or illegal drugs. Smoking in a Limousine, Taxi, or any For-Hire vehicle is illegal and against the law according to NYS Public Health Law Section 1399-0 Article 13E and never allow anyone under the age of 21 years old to consume any form of alcoholic beverages. “If it’s illegal outside, it is also illegal inside the vehicles”.

Acceptable and mature behavior is expected of all passengers inside the vehicle. Strictly prohibited in our vehicles: no horse playing, fighting, hanging out the windows, emergency exits, opening doors or throwing any type of items or trash out of the vehicle. This allows the chauffeur to concentrate on operating the vehicle. reserves the right to immediately terminate this contract for noncompliance of the above requests, especially if renters do not follow chauffeur’s requests in order to obey the rules in this contract and all payments will be non-refundable. recommends that all personal valuables be removed from the vehicle when unattended. We will not be held responsible for any forgotten, lost, stolen, or damaged property and personal belongings.

Airport Transfers:

Overtime / waiting time for airport transfers is charged in 15-minute increments, extra stops are charged $ 75.00 per stop. If the customer fails to show up at the designated pick-up location and does not inform the office and/or driver, the full amount of contracted time will be charged. The client authorizes to charge any additional charges after they have rendered services to the client’s credit card as a supplemental charge. A 20% gratuity, 9% service surcharge, applicable tax, parking, and tolls will be added to the total. All payments must be made prior to the service pick-up time. The client agrees to have get authorization for the amount owed and charge for the credit card on file.

If any payment due hereunder is unpaid (10) ten days after the due date, hereon will have the right to add and collect late charges with interest at the maximum rate allowed by law. All such sums are owed to, along with any other expenses, (filing fees, court cost, and reasonable attorney fees, etc.). I, the credit card holder, agree to pay upon signing of this contract. I am satisfied with the terms and conditions above, fully understand, and assume full responsibility.


When service is being rendered to minors, the parent or legal guardian or the signed contracted client and others who have signatures on file will be held legally responsible for the minors. For any event (Birthdays, Sweet Sixteen, or Prom, etc.) that involves minors being in the limousine by themselves, the privacy partition doesn’t go up, it must always stay in the down position. will strictly enforce State and Federal Laws and will maintain a zero-tolerance compliance policy that no alcoholic beverages can be consumed or used by any person not of legal drinking age. All U.S. law enforcement agencies have absolute power to stop any motor vehicle for administrative searches. If contraband is aboard, even in negligible quantities without the chauffeur’s knowledge, they can seize and forfeit this vehicle to a local government agency. All law enforcement agencies are aggressively enforcing this policy. Therefore, no person will bring contraband aboard vehicles that are owned or operated by Intoxicated passengers under the influence of any kind will not be permitted in the vehicle and will be asked to leave the vehicle if already inside. chauffeur will not operate the vehicle due to any horse playing and will not be responsible for injuries that may occur due to horse playing while the vehicle is in motion or at a standstill. Any unruly and obnoxious behavior will immediately void and terminate this contract with absolutely no refund.

Damages / Additional charges:
  1. $40.00 per broken glassware, $150.00 for gum removal on carpets and seats.
  2. $1000.00 per damaged seat, $ 1000.00 per damaged carpet, $ 1000.00 per damaged mirror.
  3. $250.00 - $500.00 for broken emergency exit.
  4. $100.00 for missing blue tooth auxiliary connector.
  5. $250.00 minimum for extensive cleanup due to spills and trash.
  6. $250.00 detailing and wax (due to sickness-exterior). $250.00 shampoo and disinfecting (due to sickness interior).
  7. $850.00 minimum for each burn hole, rip or tear to upholstery.
  8. $2000.00 minimum for each act of vandalism.
  9. $2000.00 minimum for any damage to the Electronic Systems (Radio, Speakers, DVD player, Amplifiers, X-Box 360, Play station, TV and Monitors).
  10. Triple charge of above listed amounts for all removed / stolen items from the vehicle.
  11. Downtime subject to loss of revenue, per each hour lost as stated in contract.
  12. No Substitution of the passengers in the limo, each additional person is an additional charge of $108.00 after the contracted amount.
  13. Each photographer or videographer will be an additional $180.00 per person and must provide a valid COI.
  14. A 9% gas surcharge is applicable to all trips.
  15. Traveling time is applicable to all trips more than 20 miles from our base, and the client agrees to pay all applicable tolls.
  16. Chauffeur's gratuity is not included in your total bill.

Our Fleet: offers a full fleet of Antique vehicles, Exotic vehicles, Limousines and Buses. We are constantly performing Preventive Maintenance Inspections and repairs to keep our fleet in working condition.

Since offers high-tech-equipped vehicles, sometimes heat and excessive use of all power-operated equipment might be subject to temporary failure. This will of course not interfere with the safety of the vehicle itself and therefore will have no effect on continuing or paying for the contracted trip. guarantees that all our vehicles maintain rigorous preventive maintenance to keep the highest possible standards and eliminate such failures as much as possible. agrees to send the requested vehicle as offered in the contract. We have the right to upgrade the vehicles or switch the vehicles in case of emergency breakdown or if the vehicle was in an accident. As stated, this will only happen in emergencies, and to upgrade, never downgrade. If no upgrade is available, gives the customer the right to downsize the vehicle and receive additional discounts if wanted. No additional charges will occur on the client’s side if an upgrade is made without client request. If switching occurs in the same category, or upgrades are made, it will not affect the contract and / or payment of contract. The client therefore accepts a replacement vehicle if the contracted vehicle becomes unavailable for any reason. All vehicles are equipped with plug and play system however, the client is responsible to bring their own accessories such as USB cords, blue tooth connectors, games, music, videos, etc

If any of our above guarantees or contractual terms cannot be met due to conditions outside of our control, including weather, accidents, and any other acts of God, we will use our best efforts to notify the customer of these conditions and resulting delays or changes.

Number of Passengers:

Our fleet of vehicles are rated to carry a maximum number of passengers; the number of passengers is stated in your contract. The maximum number of passengers means the entire number in your party, not per trip. The chauffeur will not allow any additional passengers in the vehicle. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE ON THE DATE OF YOUR EVENT. Please let our office know if you will have additional passengers so that we can make the necessary accommodation. Each additional passenger after the contracted amount will be charged $108.00 per person. The maximum number is given to us by the vehicle manufacturer for the safety of all passengers, including the driver, and is enforced by federal, state and local authorities.

Point to point transfers:

When a client reserves the limousine or vehicle for a pick-up and drop-off or a point-to-point transfer, the client understands that a waiting period of 10 minutes will apply, after 10 minutes waiting at the scheduled pick-up address. Additional waiting time charges will apply at the rate specified in your rental agreement or as informed by per additional hour hereafter. Point to point transfer only entitles the client from POINT A to POINT B without any additional stops, pick- ups, or waiting time. No waiting time is allowed or given at the drop-off address / location. If the chauffeur must wait for more than 10 minutes, waiting time charges will apply at the specified rate. Additional stops, pick up or waiting time will require the client to reserve the limousine for a minimum of 2 hours or pay for each stop at a rate of $75.00 per stop.

Malicious Intent / Libel Law:

Client acknowledges that is providing a service and if for any reason he/she is not fully satisfied with the services, he/she has 10 hours after the completion of the job to file a written complaint. If does not receive any written complaint in the above stated period, the client agrees that there is no valid complaint and they’re fully satisfied with the services received. Filing a written complaint ensures both parties that it’s fully understood what the problem was and should help to assist the client. The client will be contacted within a week of the complaint to resolve the matter.

To ensure fair and honest public opinion feedback and to prevent the publishing of libelous content in any form, your acceptance of this reservation/contract prohibits you from taking any action that negatively impacts and, its reputation, services, vehicles, management, and employees. If this occurs, reserves the right to take legal action against said party and the client will be responsible for monetary damages for up to $10,000 per occurrence.

Credit Card:

A credit card is required to be listed on file with all contracts. By signing the credit card authorization, the card holder authorizes to charge their credit card for the amount listed. The client also authorizes to charge for any overtime which may incur on the day of your event. All vehicles are equipped with GPS Tracking Systems, which give reports on the date, time, and exact locations of all our vehicles. The client also authorizes to charge the card for any damages to the vehicle which may incur because of inappropriate behavior by any passengers in the vehicle on the date of your event. is a luxury service provider and you “the client” are paying for the use of one of our vehicles for a specific period. The client agrees not to charge back any credit card payment for services rendered. In the event a client files a chargeback or other payment disputes, the client will be legally responsible to pay for the amount disputed and all legal fees associated with collecting the money.

Privacy Policy: will not sell, lease, borrow, give, or otherwise dispose of any type of customer provided information to any third party unless compelled to do so by law or in cooperation with any law enforcement investigation. reserves the right to collect and utilize any client information, including but not limited to email addresses, and website cookies for internal tracking and/or marketing purposes. Furthermore, reserves the right to use client photos with our vehicle for marketing purposes.

Insurance and Liability for Photographer, Videographer, and any hired third-party vendor: requires a valid Certificate of Insurance be submitted from the photographer, videographer and any third hired third party, specifically stating that “ is hereby included as additional insured as their interests may appear with respect to operations performed by the named insured” and be listed for $1,000,000. No photographers or videographers will be allowed in our vehicles without the certificate on file. If any damage takes place, the client on this contract assumes all responsibility and complete liability. On the event date, photographers, videographers, or any hired third-party vendor will not be allowed in our vehicle without prior disclosure and Certificate of Insurance. Each photographer and videographer are $180.00 per person.

Violation of Terms:

Should the client or client’s party violate any of the terms, will attempt to contact the client before taking any action where avoidable. However, will pursue whatever action is necessary to serve its best interest in these cases, even if that should necessitate the termination of services without any refund.

Acceptance of Services via electronic signature:

By using services, I have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms of this rental agreement set forth as per my reservation / contract. By pressing “I Accept” I am providing my electronic signature and authorizing to honor my signature for my reservation. As such I assume full responsibility for all payments for services provided by in reliance upon my electronic signature. I agree to hold harmless of all illegal charges I or any other person or entity may suffer, including all expenses incurred, without limitations, attorney fees, arising out of misuse or unlawful or unauthorized use if such electronic signature (s). I accept the rental terms and conditions governing this reservation by clicking “1 Accept”. I further understand that this acceptance is my electronic and legal signature. I authorize to charge my card the necessary amount that incurs due to any act of vandalism or for all services including overtime, waiting time, additional passengers, tolls, and gratuity, etc… I authorize to charge my card with my full acknowledgement and agreement. By submitting my reservation, I acknowledge that I have fully read, understood, and accepted this rental agreement for services to be rendered and a copy of this rental agreement has been emailed to me.

We reserve the right to change this rental agreement at any time without notice. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website.
